Determining Perfect Position Paper University of Phoenix Leadership is the ability to lick others toward the achievement of the organizations vision and goals (Robbins, 2007). The tests can help a person set goals and be successful. Each style of leading has unique strengths that provide traits to accomplish tasks. It is important to remember assessments are behavioral descriptions and may, or may not apply to the person taking the test. After taking several assessments, it helped me realize my drawship style. Based on the results of the assessment tests I am to a greater extent of a volume- oriented leader. I care more nigh people in the organization than the task. A good leader will have a balance between people and task. A people person has a laissez-faire attitude.

The people in the organization are happy, however; sometimes at the expense of being productive. The assessment tests revealed I am a charismatic person. A charismatic person is one whom has in a higher place average leadership skills. A charismatic person is very strong about their convictions and beliefs.
