Communication is the key to a successful business. With a business as old as Huffman Trucking, standardized design of all sites is necessary for effective communications. This means using the homogeneous equipment, same networking technology, same software for netmail and databases.
Huffman Trucking’s telecommunication system should be able to communicate from one site to another seamlessly. For example, if a worker in the main assurance takes an order for the Missouri plant, the individualistic who took the order can e-mail the order or localize the order directly to a system in that office without a problem. The process is possible because both sites use the same IPX/SPX networking protocol.
