For the result , the researcher found that there strong relationship between e-service quality and customer satisfaction and power ripey between website design and customer satisfaction .



And also the personal aware of security and perceived ease of purchase need significant relationship with attitude toward online purchase . Moreover , the customer satisfaction have strong relationship with online purchase intention as same as the attitude toward online purchase. In concomitant , the personal aware of security and perceived ease of purchasing also have moderate relationship with online purchase intention . In summary , the research want to recommend that the online purchase website should apply all of our variables that can create the effective online purchase website and increase purchase behavior of consumer in the future .
