Not so much because many organizations have been connect to fulfilling customer demands over the years. GW could do it, but it would pie-eyed a fall overhaul of their current product structure. The architectural plan would have to become highly customizable where students would pick their core/ electoral classes from a list of classes. But then the school will still have to offer some sort of a product structure in order to cater to authentic business needs.
Also the school may feel that with students having total control, that they will not necessarily have a skinny understanding of which classes and skills they will need and that will be rattling for working on a managerial or finale making level.
3. If implemented, how would Rethinkings suggestions impact innovation in a go with? How would employee selection, training and evaluation be impacted?
It would increase innovation. Companies would need to hire people that are more socially oriented, kin builders, who can listen to customers needs and put their needs premiere and make sure that they can become a considerable term repeat customer.
