We were viewing the Taj and Trident being attempted to be ruined, we were viewing the anguish and apathy of the guests who were rescued from their rooms. We also viewed the hardy proceedings of our Mumbai Police, Marine Commandos and the National Security Guards. Can we ever forget names like Hemant Karkere, Sandip Unnikrishnan, Ashok Kamte, Vijay Salaskar, Gajendra Singh, Tukaram Omble and so many others who laid down their life to protect and save the lives of our citizens and guests. We will evermore remember the courage and dedication to the duty exhibited by one and all involved in the operation. We also saw a few mean politicians who tried their best to exploit political mileage out of this incident.
