Gender is determined at the time of conception. Gender Identity is outlined as a personal conception of oneself as creation male or female. Gender Identity issues can repeal from several reasons and present in many different ways. hormonal imbalance in the human proboscis can lay down an individual to question their true gender.
The human body produces endocrine glands which execute as chemic messengers to try to regulate certain tangible functions like metabolism and growing. These hormones are produced in the endocrine traffic pattern which includes the adrenal, pancreas, pineal, pituitary, and thyroid glands and manage things like puberty, growth, and physical changes. Hormones help the body maintain homeostasis or a state of balance inwardly the body. When the body produces to much or to little of a hormone it can cause both physical and emotional problems.
The growth rate of children is for the most part controlled by the hormones produced from the thyroid and pituitary glands. Larger amounts of the thyroid hormone are hidden in the first two years of life and stay changeless at a lower level until the adolescent years.



During other(a) childhood years low levels of secretions from the ovaries or testes and the adrenal androgens are released (Tanner, 1990).
Around the childhood age of 7-8 the first hormonal changes begin, the pituitary gland starts to release higher levels of gonadotrophic hormones. This begins to sustain the development of glands in males testes that release the hormone testosterone and in females ovaries that release a form of estrogen called estradiol (Tanner, 1990), the so-called sex hormones.
