The movie starts off with Ms. Jones getting kicked out of instill for being pregnant a second base time at the age of 16 by her father. She goes rearward home and forgets to buy her florists chrysanthemum cigarettes and gets knocked out by something that is propel at her and hits her in the head. Flash clog ups came to her and she was getting raped by her father. Her mom is a poverty stricken woman who abuses her daughter physically, verbally, and mentally. unmatched day one of her teachers comes to her home and tells Precious about an substitute school that she could attend that can better suit her situation. She does graceful well at this school and starts to get some arrogance back in her head that she can actually be something in life and have a bright future tense with the help of her teacher. One day she gets the news that she is HIV overbearing and all the positive thoughts in her head go forth(p) and she feels like a nobody again that can neer make it out of the unemployment life. Once again, with the help of her teacher, she gets her confidence back confronts her mother at the end. She takes her first child, who has down syndrome, and her newborn, who is completely healthy, and walks away with what appears to me as the most positive part of the whole movie.
I had no idea what this movie was about before I rented it other than the obvious fact that it had an abundance of abuse in it. After watching the movie I came to really enchant every aspect of it. It had a good beginning, a slap-up plot, and and even better ending. I also came to realize how very much I related to this movie, not to the exact same finis of course, but in smaller aspects with the same concepts. For instance, my father was verbally and physically abusive to my mother and I cause he was an alcoholic. Nobody in my family had ever gone to college before me or played varsity sports and you would have never thought that with my childhood.
